Cloud security and architecture

Find the risks in your cloud. Plan and make the changes.

Tesvero reviews cloud access, backups and deployments for small companies and professional practices. You receive findings with evidence and an ordered plan. We can also implement the changes and support the systems afterwards.

What we do

Four ways to work with us

Security and architecture review

A read-only look at your accounts, identities, networks, data and deployments. You receive findings with evidence, ranked by likely impact and urgency, and a plan you can act on with or without us.

Implementation

We implement agreed changes to access, backups, deployment pipelines, monitoring and secrets handling. You receive the configuration, test results and recovery instructions.

Retainer

A monthly arrangement for operating what was built: patches, monitoring, access reviews, incident response within agreed hours, and the periodic written reviews set out in the agreement.

Secure access for AI assistants

We help coding and operations assistants use approved actions without exposing provider credentials to the assistant. You control the permissions and can inspect the action record.

Scope, deliverables and how the schedule is agreed

What you receive

A record you can use with your next provider

Findings, decisions and changes in one place.
Your record shows the finding, the evidence, the agreed action and how the result was checked.
Least access, always.
We start read-only, ask for exactly the permission a task needs, and hand it back when the task is done. You can see who can reach what at any time.
Recovery planned before change.
We document rollback or recovery steps and test them where feasible. Where a change cannot be reversed, we explain the risk and agree the recovery plan before proceeding.
Answers from the person who did the work.
Working hours overlap the Americas, in English and Spanish.

Illustrative example, not a client record

Finding
Nightly backups are recorded, but the reviewed records contain no restore test.
Evidence
The last ninety days of backup logs and the recovery records supplied for the review.
Decision
Rehearse a restore into an isolated environment before the next quarter closes.
Change
An isolated restore identified two required environment variables missing from the recovery instructions. The instructions were updated with their approved retrieval steps.
Verification
The restore was repeated using the updated instructions, and the service passed the agreed checks.

Start small

Tell us what you run and what needs attention. We will discuss whether a review or a specific change is the right next step.
